Mr. Julius Migos Ogamba, is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya, who was before his appointment serving as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Kenya Electricity Generating Company PLC (KenGen), and Senior Partner at Migos-Ogamba and Waudo Advocate. Mr. Ogamba is a seasoned, visionary and accomplished legal practitioner of over 30 years’ experience. He is a driven advocate with a proven track record of leading teams, forging long-lasting client relationships and influencing organizational productivity by ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Prof. Mike Kuria
CEO Commission for University Education Kenya
Prof. Mike Kuria is the CEO of the Commission for University Education (CUE), in Kenya. Previously, he was the Deputy Executive Secretary of the Inter-University Council for East Africa (IUCEA) whose mandate included quality of higher education in the East African Community (EAC) Partner States. Kuria has a wide experience with higher education and quality in the region having been the Director, Centre for Quality Assurance at Daystar University in Nairobi, Kenya for 10 years.
Prof. Jane-Frances Agbu

Professor Jane-Frances Agbu is a distinguished academic with extensive experience in higher education and open and distance learning (ODL). She currently serves as an Adviser for Higher Education at the Commonwealth of Learning. She holds a PhD and a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Lagos, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Nigeria.
Prof Makoe Mpine
South Africa
Prof Mpine Makoe is the Executive Dean of the College of Education and the National Research Foundation (NRF) rated research professor in Open Distance eLearning (ODeL) at the University of South Africa. She was a Commonwealth of Learning (CoL) chair in Open Education Practices/ Resources and currently the board member of the International Council for Distance Education (ICDE), its OER ambassador and a founding member of the Global Doctoral Consortium.
